At Social Connections in Prague we presented a case study about a german SMB company transforming its communication and collaboration culture by adopting to new technologies and new ways of working together. The Eastern German Savings Bank Association (OSV) started to roll out the internal social network in 2012.
Since then many things changed. The corporate Enterprise Social Network OSV-CONNECT based on IBM Connections became a success story, extended to many partners and influenced the whole way the OSV worked as a team.
Meanwhile some of the associated banks started to implement IBM Connections as well. They are transforming the traditional model of organizing a bank into an agile enterprise by trying to adopt to new ways of work: Networked instead of hierarchy, open communication, more trust than control.
In our session we will show how the OSV and some of the associates banking institutes prepare for the digital transformation.
